DA JIA HAOOOOOOOO

Hello Mama, Baba, and Jie Jie,

This is kind of like my diary but to you guys...
I thought I would make this blog to keep you guys in sync with my life since you guys WORRY SOO MUCH...aka. MOMMY worries so much to the point that she emails me every forty five seconds and texts me and calls me and... ok you get it.
Also I realized that I KNEW nothing about how jie jie was depressed her first year of college and still do not know a lot about what Jie jie does... and so I want to make sure we're all connected somehow!. Maybe we can all type up some stuff about our day on this blog whenever you guys feel like it! That would be very cool. I don't know if that is possible but we will do it if you guys are down!

I think this is a very good idea to help us review our day and be competitive in seeing who had the most productive days and is the most progressive in their life...hahhaha jk. But anyways yeah, lets do it OK?!

Anyways today I went to volunteer because it was VOLUNTEER DAY and ALL the UCLA freshmen went to different places to volunteer! I was sent with my building, building A of Hitch, to Santa Monica Ranch. There we did some awesome weeding, but i got the especially awesome job of using this huge lever thing to tug out HUGE tree-weeds, or basically trees that were out of habitat, too big to pull out with just hands but too small to use an ax or something.

Basically it was all very fun! I then went with William on the Big Blue bus, paid 50 cents and took it to USC spontaneously. Angel, Shivanti, Josh, and, Priya swiped us in and we had dinner and played games in Raymond Ku's rich people's lounge area. I was so jealous that their land was flat. My but hurts everyday from the uphill climb at LA....hahha but its definitely going to help out as a daily exercise.
OMG and I have to tell you to WATCH the movie PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER! So good! I will save this to tell you over the phone or something because i like TALKING about movies and not writing about them.
I am practicing much chinese with my new roommate, Dagony who is very kind and cute hahaha :)
I really like UCLA and am excited for my classes. OH shiz... i think i'll order my books right now!
